You can bend notes or entire chords up or down with the vintage-style synchronized tremolo unit, but you'll always stay in tune, thanks to the ageless Leo Fender design.

Fender Custom Shop Texas Special pickups are overwound, calibrated, vintage-style Strat pickups. You'll love the midrange chirp, bell-like highs, and tight bass that give your Deluxe Roadhouse Strat! Alnico 5 magnets and enamel-coated magnet wire create an increased output for Texas-sized tone!

This phenomenal Strat houses a hidden secret - a special VZ^ rotary tone switch and onboard preamp. This gives the Fender Deluxe Roadhouse Stratocaster a huge tonal palette to draw from. It offers 6 different settings ranging from from wiry single-coil tones to searing leads. The V6 switch replaces the middle tone know so it's easy to switch on the fly. A built-in S-1 switch on the volume knob lets you bypass the V6 onboard preamp completely for pure, unadulterated Strat tones.
